FNRH 100% Digital

Starting February 19, 2026, the National Guest Registration Form (FNRH) will be fully digital and integrated into the gov.br system, in accordance with MTur Ordinances No. 28 and No. 41/2025.

This change is mandatory for all lodging establishments in Brazil, and the Japy Golf Resort Hotel fully complies with the new legislation.

✅ What changes in practice?

  • The paper form is no longer required.
  • Signatures are now digital.
  • Data is automatically sent to the Ministry of Tourism.
  • Check-in can be done in advance.

    • Everything with greater security and compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

    📝 How to complete your digital check-in (Step-by-step)

    1️⃣ Have a gov.br account

    You will need a gov.br account with Silver or Gold level.

    If you don't already have it, visit: 👉 www.gov.br

    

    2️⃣ Complete the pre-check-in

    Before your arrival, you will receive a link to complete your digital FNRH (National Registry of Human Resources).

    By accessing:

  • Log in with your gov.br account
  • Confirm your details
  • Complete the electronic validation

    • Done. Your signature is now digitally registered.


    3️⃣ Arrive at the hotel

    With the process already completed, your entry will be much faster and more practical.

    🌍 How does it work for foreigners?

    Foreign guests will also need to register digitally.

  • If you have a CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), you can create a gov.br account normally.
  • If you don't have one, the hotel will register you according to the official system guidelines of the Ministry of Tourism.
  • A passport will continue to be a mandatory document.

    👵 And what about the senior audience?

    We know that not everyone is familiar with technology.

    For guests who:


  • They do not have a gov.br account
  • They have difficulty accessing digital services
  • They prefer in-person support

    • Our team can assist you with check-in, following all legal guidelines.

    Digital registration is mandatory, but support is our commitment.

    ⏰ New Daily Allowance Rule

    Since December 2025, the daily rate has corresponded to 24 hours of use, guaranteeing the guest at least 21 effective hours in the apartment (considering cleaning time).

  • Transmitted directly to the Ministry of Tourism
  • Protected in accordance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)
