Payment Method: Full payment must be made in advance, and can be split into up to 6 installments on a credit card. For reservation validation: We request that, during check-in, you present your physical or virtual credit card with direct access through your credit card's app.

The credit card must be in the name of one of the people mentioned in the reservation who will be staying at the hotel.

Full board: 4 meals included in the accommodation, drinks and extras charged separately!

Child Accommodation Free Policy: Up to two children staying in the same accommodation unit as the couple receive free accommodation and meals.


Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or change your reservation date, you must notify the Hotel in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellations or changes by phone will not be accepted. The request is subject to Hotel availability, and fees will be charged according to the conditions below:


Reservation Cancellation: Reservations cancelled up to 7 (seven) days after purchase will receive a full refund. After this period, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.

- Date Change: Date change requests made up to 72 hours before check-in may use the total amount paid in advance as credit for a future stay within a 6-month period. After this period, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance. The change will be subject to availability, and prices will be adjusted according to the new chosen period.


- "No show": Failure to appear without prior written notice, 3 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a "no show" (cancellation without notice). The room will remain available for 24 hours from the check-in time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled, with 100% of the amount paid retained. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.


General Information:

Hotel size: 100 apartments. Bed type: Luxury category apartments have 2 double beds, super luxury and garden category apartments have one queen-size bed and one 1.20m bed.

Leisure activities: Fishing, bicycles, beach tennis, tennis, ping pong, billiards, Xbox, playroom, ecological trail, mini golf, foosball, soccer field. Free stay for two children: Up to two children under 12 years old stay free in the same apartment as their parents. (Children's suites pay R$ 90.00)

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in time starts at 3 PM. Check-out time is 12 PM.

Late check-in subject to availability.

Minimum age for check-in: 18 years


Check-in requirements:

- A credit card, debit card, or cash deposit is required for additional charges.

- An official photo ID may be required.

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.


Children:

- Parents or guardians must present the child's birth certificate and photo ID. If the child is not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, the responsible person must present a travel authorization letter signed by one of the parents or legal guardian, with the signature notarized.

- Crib/infant bed (only upon prior request regarding availability)

- Recreation team with monitors for children from 4 years of age.

Internet:

Free Wi-Fi in public areas.

- Free Wi-Fi in rooms with speeds of 500 Mbps or higher (for more than 6 people or 10 devices).


Parking:

Valet parking with insurance (BRL 40.00 per day).


Other Information:

Smoking areas are subject to fines.


Children and Extra Beds


  • Babysitting services (surcharge) are available for an extra fee. Prior request required.
  • If the parents or legal guardian, if applicable, are unable or unwilling to sign the travel authorization letter for an unaccompanied minor, a court order will be required.
  • People planning to travel with children should consult the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
  • Requests for cribs, bed rails, and bathtubs. Please request in advance, subject to availability.
