VIP CUSTOMER PROGRAM REGULATIONS BLACK FRIDAY 2025 JAPY GOLF RESORT HOTEL
1. OBJECTIVE 1.1. The Japy Golf Resort Hotel's Black Friday VIP Customer Program was created to offer exclusive benefits to our most special guests.
1.2. By registering, the customer demonstrates interest in receiving news and personalized offers.
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 2.1. By registering for the VIP Broadcast List, the customer declares to be aware of and expressly agrees to the terms of these regulations.
2.2. The client authorizes Japy Golf Resort Hotel to:
● Register your details (name, email and/or phone number) in our VIP contact database;
● Send communications and promotional material about services, promotions, special packages, events and other hotel news via email, SMS, WhatsApp or other electronic means of communication.
2.3. Registration will be open exclusively until November 14, 2025.
3. TARGET AUDIENCE 3.1. This program is restricted to end consumers (B2C) over 18 years of age. 3.2. It is not valid for travel agents, tour operators, event agencies, or any other B2B channel. 3.3. The VIP list is for the Black Friday campaign and is not valid for group bookings. 3.4. The special conditions are for individual bookings of up to 5 (five) apartments per CPF (Brazilian tax identification number).
4. VALIDITY PERIOD 4.1. Purchase Period:
● Start date: November 24, 2025, at 00:01
● End date: November 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM
Valid according to Brasília-DF time.
4.2. Accommodation Period:
● Promotional daily rates are valid for stays between November 24, 2025 and November 30, 2026.
● Subject to the restrictions and availability described in these regulations.
5. EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS 5.1. As a member of our VIP list, you will receive differentiated and exclusive benefits that will NOT be available to the general public during the Black Friday campaign. 5.2. Benefits Include:
● Exclusive offers and personalized promotional material
6. OFFER CONDITIONS 6.1. Exclusive discount: Will be announced closer to the date for VIP list participants. 6.2. Payment plan: Up to 6 installments without interest on credit card, necessarily in the guest's name. 6.3. Restriction: Use of third-party credit cards is not permitted. 6.4. Minimum stay: 2 (two) days. 6.5. Limited quantity: Maximum of 5 apartments per CPF/purchase. 6.6. Purchases exceeding this number will be considered for groups and automatically canceled.
7. RESTRICTIONS 7.1. Non-Cumulative: This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discount coupons, or loyalty programs, except for the public Black Friday campaign discount during its duration as stated on our official website. 7.2. Blackout Dates: The discount will not be applicable during the following periods:
● New Year 2025: December 28, 2025 to January 2, 2026
● January 2026: 03/01/2026 to 31/01/2026
● Carnival 2026: February 13, 2026 to February 17, 2026
● Easter 2026: April 2nd, 2026 to April 4th, 2026. 7.3. Offer valid while supplies last.
8. COMMERCIAL POLICY 8.1. The hotel operates with a fluctuating pricing system. 8.2. Promotional offers and regular rates may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY 9.1. Reservations made on Black Friday will be subject to:
● Cancellation: Non-refundable, except in cases provided for by law.
● No Show or Change: There will be no refund of fees. For changes, please contact the Reservations Center to verify the updated daily rates according to the new period.
● Penalty: The total amount of the reservation will be charged in case of no-show or reservation changes.
10. LGPD 10.1. Japy Golf Resort treats personal data with confidentiality and security. 10.2. The processing is carried out in accordance with Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD). 10.3. The data will be used exclusively for the purposes described in this regulation.
11. UNSUBSCRIPTION 11.1. The customer may request the deletion of their data at any time through:

12. FINAL PROVISIONS 12.1. Any omissions will be resolved by the management of Japy Golf Resort. 12.2. The hotel reserves the right to disqualify participants who fail to comply with these regulations. 12.3. When does the promotion take place?
Japy's Black Friday offer will be valid for reservations made from November 24, 2025 (00:01) to November 29, 2025 (23:59), Brasília time.
When can I use the daily allowances?
Promotional stays can be used between November 24, 2025 and November 30, 2026, subject to availability and exclusion dates (holidays and peak season).
What discount is offered?
Details will be released later, with payment options of up to 6 interest-free installments on credit cards.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes. The discount is valid for bookings of 2 nights or more.
How many rooms can I book?
The promotion is limited to 5 apartments per CPF/purchase. Anything above that is considered a group purchase and does not qualify for Black Friday.
Can I combine this discount with other promotions?
No. Black Friday deals cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or loyalty programs. The only exception is the VIP coupon, which is exclusive to registered users.
Are there any dates when the promotion is not valid?
Yes. The discount does not apply to:
New Year (December 28, 2025 to January 2, 2026)
January 2026 (03/01 to 31/01)
Carnival (February 14th to 17th, 2026)
Easter (April 2nd to April 4th, 2026)
How does the cancellation process work?
Reservations are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, change, or no-show, no refund will be given.
Who can participate?
